A general discussion on TV reception and Freeview ensured.

A member asked what was libreOffice?
LibreOffice is the free and open source personal productivity suite for Windows, Macintosh and GNU/Linux,   that gives six feature-rich applications for all your document production and data processing needs: Writer, Calc, Impress, Draw, Math and Base. Support and
documentation is free from a large, dedicated community of users, contributors and developers.

A fun video of the “PUSH THE RED BUTTON” from YouTube was shown.

An older computer was booted up to demonstrate how to look at different aspects of the hardware and software installed. A new operating system was tried to be installed but it failed to initialize.Next month we will demonstrate installing UBUNTU onto the same computer.
A very interesting and informative meeting.
